On September 8th 2017, BETAPITCH came for the first time in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to search for the best startups in town! 10 startups pitched on stage in front of a jury fighting for the main prize - a trip to Berlin to compete at BETAPITCH Global and network with the international scene at the Investors Day on December 7th.
And who won it? Israeli startup Letos was invited by ABC Accelerator for their Meet&Match event and Mostar-based startup VRET won the main prize and continued competing in the global finals. There VRET won the second prize - a trip to Silicon Valley.

Anna RichardProject Manager at betahaus
Anna is a community manager for BETAPITCH and at betahaus X in Berlin, as well as a business student in France. She's an entrepreneurship enthusiast, a Ted talk lover, and an admirer of tech and hardware solutions.
Miloš Lazović is an entrepreneurship ecosystem builder, active in the field of project development and implementation in entrepreneurship and higher education for the last 6 years in the Balkans region, Middle East and Africa. He currently works as a Project Officer on a SECO financed Swiss Entrepreneurship Program, building capacity and supporting the development of business support organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
