Pauline Roussel Co-Founder at COWORKIES

After graduating from a business school in the north of France, Pauline has spent the first few years of her professional career working in marketing and communication, building online communities and bringing people together around products they love. She quickly understood that communities where the most powerful asset of a brand. After experiencing community building online, she decided to shift her career and look for opportunities that would allow her to build communities offline. While browsing for job opportunities she discovered a position called “Chief Happiness Officer” and this is how her love for coworking started. She joined a Berlin coworking space as General Manager and built, together with the team, a community-driven space where people care for each other in the good and bad times. She experienced collaboration, sharing and learning to a whole new level. This is also where she met Dimitar,  her co-founder, with whom she started Coworkies.
